Right of withdrawal

 The customer who buys on La Decormarmi Srl has the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 (fourteen) days from the day the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designed by him, acquires physical possession of the products purchased from our online store.

In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires after fourteen (14) days from the day on which the customer or a third party than carrier and by him acquires, physical possession of the last product.

The customer must communicate its decision to withdraw from the contract with La Decormarrmi Srl through an explicit statement., sending a letter by mail, fax or email to the addresses mentioned in the preceding paragraph. To the end, the customer may freely choose to use the model withdrawal from attached to the instructions about the right withdrawal, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the customer sends us a communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Under Article. 54, paragraph 4, of the Italian Consumer Code, the customer is charged with the shipment cost of the returned goods relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We recommend that a notice is sent to La Decormamrmi Srl- Via S.A. Liguori, 189 71122 Foggia.

Effect of withdrawal

If the customer terminated the contract with La Decormarmi Srl, we will be refunded all payments received, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs arising from its eventual choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery standards offered by La Decormarmi), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when La Decormarmi Srl has been informed of the decision of the customer to terminate the contract.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by customer for the initial transaction, unless he has expressly agreed otherwise: in any case, the consumer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods, or until the system demonstration by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

The customer must sent back the goods or hand them over La Decomarmi Srl at the following address: La Decomarmi Srl,  Via S.A. dei Liguori , 189  71121 Foggia Italy, without undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicate to La Decormarmi Srl your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if the consumer send back the good before the expiration of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.

The direct cost of the returning the good will be borne by the Consumer Customer.

 The customer is only responsible for the decrease in value of the good resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.

Cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by Art. 54 (“Right of withdrawal”) in the following cases: (A) if the property is made to specifications and / or clearly personalized; (B) if the goods are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (C) if the sealed goods, unsealed by the customer after delivery, do not lend themselves to be (D) if the goods, after delivery, prove, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

The Professional Customer can not, under any circumstances, have any right of withdrawal.
